Location data are not permanently stored.

  • organizing and coordinating the Association’s volunteers;
  • communications related to ASOR activities;

Data processing is carried out based on:

  • the user’s consent;
  • performance of the services provided through the Application;
  • ASOR’s legal obligations;

  • until deletion of the account by the user;
  • or in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Following deletion, data may be:

  • permanently deleted; or
  • anonymized; or
  • retained on a limited basis (if legal obligations exist).

6. Account Deletion

The user may delete their account at any time directly from the Application through the functionality available in the account settings (“Delete Account”).

Following deletion:

  • access to the account is deactivated;
  • personal data are deleted or anonymized without undue delay;
  • the process is, in principle, irreversible.

ASOR may retain certain data if necessary for:

  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • fraud prevention;
  • protection of legitimate rights and interests.

7. Data Sharing

Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with:

  • IT service providers;
  • hosting providers;
  • payment processors (for donations);
  • public authorities, if legally required.

ASOR does not sell or commercially exploit user data.
